My ideal client is someone who is emotionally worn out from trying to hold it all together and make it all work. They may be an individual, parent, a couple, a family, child or someone in a helping role who often puts their own needs last. They come to therapy feeling overwhelmed but hopeful that things could feel lighter. They want space to breathe, to be heard without judgment, and to reconnect with themselves. Their goals often include clarity, emotional balance, and healthier relationships. They want to feel like themselves again, more grounded, more present, and more at peace.
