I work with individuals, couples and families using a warm, relational, curious and direct approach. I'm particularly passionate about working with individuals and couples who are also parents. As a parent, are you feeling overwhelmed? Isolated? Disconnected from your former identity? I'm a parent myself-I get it. I help folks reconnect to their internal wisdom, fill their cups, and break intergenerational cycles so they can raise children in alignment with their values with more gentleness toward themselves and their kids. I also work effectively with individuals looking to reparent themselves and heal from relational trauma
