Sometimes life gets difficult and reaching out for help can be even more difficult. This is especially true when we may be experiencing the effects of disability. My philosophy as a counselor is help you navigate these challenging times and help you reach your full potential emotionally, mentally, or socially. I believe focusing on the individuals strengths that they already posses will help facilitate change. As well as conceptualizing and addressing struggles in a wholistic lens allows for deeper understanding of what may be occurring.
