Hi! I’m Taye! I’m a non-binary, queer, neurodivergent therapist who uses a strength based, feminist lens when it comes to therapy. You’ve done the work to show up for everyone else and now you’re wondering what it would be like to finally show up as your full self. Maybe you’re navigating the layers of identity, relationships, and life changes that don’t fit into neat boxes, and you’re ready for a space where nothing about you is “too much” or “not enough.” I use nature as a teacher—I find wisdom in the messy, nonlinear, and beautiful ways things grow. I believe healing can be nonlinear and even a little messy—and that’s okay.
