I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I use a person-centered framework, prioritizing a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship as the foundation of treatment. I believe in tailoring the therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of the clients and often incorporates mindfulness-based practices, strength-based techniques, and empowerment-focused strategies to help clients build insight, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-worth and understanding.
