My goal as a counselor is to help clients UNLEARN how to be their own worst enemies. Perhaps they're inflexible and always want things their way, leading to strained relationships with family and friends. Or they worry so much that it doesn't seem like they are fully living life anymore. Maybe their self esteem is so low, they've lost sight of what makes them a beautiful being. I aim to meet a client where they are and understand how they view both themselves and the world. Then can change begin to occur.
