I have over 9 years of experience working with children, parents and families of various backgrounds. I strive to create a safe place for you to express your concerns, to feel heard and understood. My approach is very individualized based on your current needs. I am interested in the whole person (mind, body, and spirit). As an EMDR and DBT therapist, I help adults who experience anxiety, depression and/or a trauma. Perhaps you are dealing with adjusting to a stressor, life transition or just life in general.
