Do you struggle saying no when asked to do something? Do you say yes and then immediately regret it? Do you feel burnt out from life's demands? I have spent the last 11 years in the field working in various settings including inpatient psychiatric hospital care, individual therapy, couples therapy and group therapy. I have worked with individuals ranging from those who have mild symptoms or troubles to individuals with chronic and severe symptoms and illnesses and one thing they have in common is needing a support system and help setting important boundaries in their life in order to start living for themselves again.
