Having trouble managing negative or anxious thoughts, understanding and regulating your emotions, coping with attachment wounds, past trauma, grief/loss, overcoming addiction(s), or maintaining healthy and satisfying relationships? I utilize a combination of evidence-based approaches to help clients reframe negative thought patterns, increase self-awareness and emotional regulation, and empower trauma survivors to re-author their life stories. I employ person-centered and strengths-based perspectives to help clients develop a sense of self-esteem and self-worth. Promoting client self-determination is at the heart of my work.
