As a 4th Year Clinical PsyD student at William James College, I believe that personal struggle and suffering take many shapes not often categorized by singular labels or diagnoses. I've been trained in integrating numerous evidence-based therapies, but I hold above all the patient’s personal journey and priorities. I believe that many common symptoms—depression, anxiety, panic—are the product of relational, existential, cultural, and societal struggles that should be addressed in short term and long term ways.
