There are times where we're carrying a lot—sometimes quietly, sometimes aloud—and you may be ready for a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone anymore. I work best with individuals navigating anxiety, PTSD, adjustment challenges, childhood trauma, and substance use, especially when those experiences feel tangled or overwhelming. I work with clients to help them manage their day to day needs as well as reach more long term goals. With a focused yet open approach my goal is to help you reach yours. My style is laid-back, creative, and adaptable. I meet clients where they are and shape the work around what they actually need. I draw from Internal Family Systems, psychoanalytic theory, CBT, and other approaches, including EMDR, blending them in ways that feel practical, meaningful, and authentic to each person.
