Hi, I’m Taylor, and I believe in the transformative power of therapy because life can be overwhelming at times. We all face moments where we feel stuck, unsure how to move forward, and that sense of stagnation can be exhausting and even bring feelings of shame. But I want you to know, there is no shame in seeking help. I've been in that place - scared, unsure, and wondering if things would ever get better. Through therapy, I found the tools to heal, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
