Repeated anxiety, relationship stress and trauma patterns can quietly take over mental space, even for people who look fine on the outside. I work with adults who want to better understand what’s driving these experiences and find steadier ways of coping to find real healing. My approach is attachment-focused, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with sessions paced to feel supportive rather than overwhelming. I offer in-person therapy in West Los Angeles and virtual sessions throughout California, focusing on practical insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change over time. My approach is laidback, authentic and often welcoming of humor so our work feels meaningful and progress feels attainable. I utilize an attachment-based lens to strengthen your relationship to self and others, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to unwind old, unhelpful patterns that keep us tied to past traumas.
