A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Northwest Michigan, I’m an avid animal lover, and a sourdough connoisseur! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with a major in Women’s Studies in 2018 and an MSW from Wayne State University in 2020. I have an innate understanding of the complexities of life and the overwhelm that can result. This understanding has created in me a passion for helping individuals learn and obtain the appropriate tools to achieve their full potential and overcome these challenges. I look forward to working with you! I will establish with you a clear understanding of who you are and what you are hoping to achieve during our time together. I use the following questions to establish that baseline: -What made you first decide to reach out for help? Why now? -What do you hope to gain from therapy? -How can I help you be the best version of yourself?
