We all have an innate Self - the essence of our being and who we were before the world happened to us. Oftentimes, we lose that connection with Self and move further away from authenticity, and out of alignment with our true values. I'm passionate about being a gentle guide back to Self. Using holistic and evidence-based approaches, I specialize in treating individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, neurodivergence, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
