In our first sessions, we’ll work to establish goals for treatment so that our later sessions can serve to deepen self-exploration into how we can meet those goals. I am not a smile and nod therapist, but a therapist who will truly be your partner in accessing a higher quality of lived experience. I approach psychotherapy as a collaboration between myself and my client. Together, we work to transform pain into healing. I see my clients through not only a psychological lens, but through a social, and cultural understanding as well.
