I enjoy working with children (ages 3 and up) and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, self-harming thoughts and behaviors, behavior problems, attachment problems, sleep concerns, and grief. My goal is to provide the families that I work with the support and skills they need to help their child overcome mental health challenges. View 4 Photos I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focuses on helping individuals to understand how their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are connected to one another. I utilize play, art, and sand tray techniques to create a warm environment in which young people feel safe to explore their emotions and practice new skills.
