Therapy is an opportunity to know ourselves better. Through my work with clients, I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are. Through empathy and collaboration, I help empower my clients to find the answers they are searching for. Henry David Thoreau wrote, "What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us." It is my goal to help my clients find "what lives within" them to help them live a more fulfilling life.
