Life is a journey with many exciting and difficult times. Therapy is a way to navigate both of these times. As a therapist, I look to help guide my clients in discovering their own truth and learn things about themselves in order to heal. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults and families. I believe that everyone deserves their story heard and room to improve their overall wellbeing. Using a trauma and attachment focused approach, I enjoy helping clients and families find peace and connection with a collaborative effort.
