Hi there! I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your experiences, process emotions, and work toward growth. I work with clients of all ages and especially enjoy supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community with challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and life transitions. I also often incorporate EMDR, an evidence-based approach, to help clients navigate and heal from past trauma. I believe that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, creating space for trust, growth, and self-understanding. While many of my clients identify as LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent, I welcome and enjoy supporting people from all backgrounds.
