Humanity is at the very core of my work. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and my therapy room is a space where clients and couples can feel both safe enough to be vulnerable, and brave enough to make the necessary steps towards growth and transformation. My extensive background in relational and sexual health education enables me to effectively assist in navigating complex challenges, particularly those relating to intimacy, sexuality, gender exploration, and non-traditional family and relationship structures.
