I am a therapist specializing in working with adults seeking trauma recovery. I began my career within the school system, facilitating Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills groups and advocating for the educational needs of students. While working within the school system, I found my true passion in providing direct clinical care to those struggling with an array of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety and trauma.
