I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are facing various life changes—whether you’re transitioning to college, dealing with unresolved trauma, anxiety and depression, neurodiverse thinking, tackling attachment issues, or building your self-esteem. Each journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a compassionate ear and thoughtful guidance. I also have a special place in my heart for new and expecting mothers.
