Hi everyone! My name is Taylor, I am a NY native who found herself in CT after my collegiate athletic career. Unfortunately, during that time I experienced mental health issues which lead me to where I am today. I am very passionate about the work that I do and cannot wait to work with you! My other hobbies include running, Solidcore and anything exercise. Our first session will simply inhale gathering background information for me to better understand your history and aspects you have struggled with. However, you can disclose as much (or as little) as you would like. My greatest strengths is my passion to help others , as I truly thrive on the therapeutic alliance I have with my clients for them to succeed.
