Have a new baby and dealing with anxiety or out-of-control emotions? Struggling to manage all that goes into your day-to-day routine? You are not alone! I am passionate about working with adults and children to help them navigate life's challenges. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, and loss. I also have experience working in the medical system and in education. I have a special interest in helping clients navigate pregnancy challenges, such as infertility, loss, NICU stays, and complicated birth experiences. I am certified in perinatal mental health and offer support to moms and dads. I believe in using solution-focused and strengths-based approaches to tailor sessions to fit your needs. We will problem solve ideas and come up with tools you can use in everyday life. We can also work on emotional regulation and healthy habit building. I am passionate about helping you work through your stuff, whatever that looks like!
