Starting therapy may be unknown, and unknown things are overwhelming at times. You may not know where to start or feel like going to therapy may not help. I strive to help clients discover the best version of themselves, meeting them where they are in whatever they are facing. My intention as a therapist is to build trust in creating a safe space where each client feels empowered, encouraged, and challenged in a positive way. Growth is a major part of life, and as a therapist, I allow clients to find growth within themselves along with building a strong therapeutic relationship.
