About
February 2026- accepting new clients! I am a skilled, caring therapist with years of experience treating adult clients (18 through the senior years). I have a collaborative, empathetic therapeutic style and utilize psychodynamic, cognitive and person-centered approaches. Sessions with me are warm and structured/active! My interest in the field began while attending New York University, and I received a Master of Social Work from Fordham University in 2009. I completed my advanced year internship at Jacobi Medical Center, Bronx, NY, and since graduating I have worked in hospital, human services and outpatient settings. My work is currently focused on treating adult individuals, and on treating anxiety, depression, adjustment to challenging life circumstances, work stress and interpersonal difficulties. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I welcome working with people who are LGBTQ+ and people with neurodivergence.
