My passion lies in working with young children, teens, and families as they go through life transitions. I have completed a Sport Social Work Certification to work specifically with athletes who are struggling with mental health impacting their performance and within their personal life. I specialize in ADHD, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+, trauma, crisis/safety planning, and parental support. I am informed and use concepts from CBT, IFS, and play therapy. I use an attachment theory, strength based, and trauma focused approach.
