I am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate intern working with clients under the supervision of Allison O’Brien, LMFT. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, new parents, and children not only begin well, but also begin again—no matter where they are in their journey. I work with premarital and married couples who are seeking to strengthen communication, deepen their connection, and build a stronger foundation for their relationship. When working with children (ages 4–12), I use Child-Centered Play Therapy, allowing children to express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills through play.
