Therapy with me is a collaborative journey—you're in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and care. I work with adolescents, young adults, women, queer folks, and couples navigating stress, perfectionism, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My integrative approach blends narrative, emotionally-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapies to support holistic well-being. I also bring insight from my background in the entertainment industry, which helps me connect with creatives facing unique pressures. Outside of therapy, I love reality TV, musical theatre, and my cat.
