I specialize in working with children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, peer/relationship issues, and difficulty with emotional regulation. They may struggle with peer relationships, academic pressure, and/or family conflict. My goal is to create a safe space for your child/adolescent to express themselves, better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and the coping skills to move forward.
