Accepting new clients! I’m Taylor, a licensed therapist providing compassionate, client-centered virtual therapy for teens and adults. I work with clients navigating self-esteem, identity, relationships, life transitions, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I believe in personal growth and the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in their healing process. Ultimately, that clients are equipped with tools to build meaningful change in their lives.
