Individual therapy appointments available for those 16+ in MN and IL. I specialize in relationships and trauma, including childhood neglect or abuse, grief of a loved one's death, high stress jobs (health care, first responders), infidelity and conflict, or abrupt ends or changes in relationships. I have a passion for working with those who have experienced sexual trauma. Sessions with me often consist of a blend of somatic practices, IFS, and EMDR because I believe our mind, body, and environment impact our well-being. I also make space for talk based session to integrate material from previous sessions in to daily life.
