Hello! My name is Taylor Liggins, LCPC and provide telehealth therapy in Maryland & Pennsylvania. I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University for my Master's Degree and Psychology at American University for my Bachelor's Degree. I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health. I have helped clients navigate pregnancy & postpartum, life stressors, anxiety, stress, depression, mood swings, trauma, relationship difficulties, etc. My treatment approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, solution based therapy, and person centered therapy.
