Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, but do have a larger client base of young adults. I’ve worked extensively with individuals in crisis and with clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns. I have specialized training in helping people manage anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related experiences. I have also trained in a variety of other areas, allowing me to work with clients who present with a wide range of concerns, diagnoses, and goals.
