I’m passionate about supporting people in their 20s, individuals who want to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships, and anyone seeking greater life satisfaction and purpose. I specialize in working with older teens (18+) and young adults/adults. Life transitions, self esteem, anxiety, relationships of all kinds, trauma and identity are my areas of particular interest. I have a real soft spot for women in college struggling with anxiety! I also offer EMDR if we think that would fit your needs.
