I have experience working with individuals from various ages and backgrounds through my experience working in both private practice and community mental health settings. I take a collaborative and client- centered approach to therapy in which I adjust interventions to meet the unique goals and needs of each individual I serve. I enjoy creating a safe space that validates both the client and their experiences. I take a collaborative approach to therapy in which I assist clients with building on their existing strengths and supports while cultivating new ones. I’m passionate about helping clients break negative habits and develop new tools to lead life more fully.
