Taylor Noble, LSCSW, PMH-C. As a licensed social worker and perinatal mental health professional, I know taking the first step towards therapy is the hardest. I believe in creating a person-centered approach aiming to create sustainable change and deepening one’s ability to manage life’s challenges. I have experiences working with suicide, self harm, foster care youth, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety disorders. I collaborate with you in order to create a safe, warm, and supportive environment where you can build strong relationships, heal from trauma, learn new coping skills, manage anxiety, or build self-confidence. I have intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Perinatal Mental Health Certified, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Collaborative Approach to Managing Suicide (CAMS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
