I came into this work through my own experiences with both trauma and healing. By engaging in therapy, I began to experience the freedom and hope that came with facing and owning all the parts of my story rather than living within the context of fear and survival strategies that no longer served me. I would be honored to offer support and walk alongside you as you develop understanding and self-compassion, and seek to experience the discovery of freedom and hope for yourself.
