I have experience working with teens, college-aged young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, gender affirming care, developmental and life transitions, work-life balance, school or work struggles, and improving holistic wellness and mindfulness. Each person is the expert on their own life, and I see my role as working with the person to find what works best for them. I do this through a strengths-based and holistic approach that is based in understanding how a person is impacted by: people in their life, institutions, communities, and culture overall.
