Painful experiences can burrow into the body, shaping how we relate and trust. I support clients with trauma and complex PTSD by first establishing trust, then rebuilding a foundation of safety and connection. Additionally, I specialize in counseling those managing chronic illness, chronic pain, and medical anxiety. In session, we address the emotional and practical challenges of living with an ongoing, sometimes invisible condition. My approach blends somatic experiencing with trauma-focused therapy to support nervous-system regulation and healthier patterns of relating.
