I am passionate about helping individuals move towards rich, full, meaningful lives by integrating evidence-based approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and positive psychology, with a sociological perspective. I care deeply about LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, women's issues, and underserved populations. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and courage.
