There are seasons in life that ask us to slow down, turn inward, and listen. You may find yourself carrying shame, grief, or confusion around who you are becoming. You may feel untethered from your body, your relationships, your values, or your sense of purpose. Maybe something in you is shifting, but you don't have the words for it yet. As a therapist, it is my passion to empower my clients through these hardships, to kindle the light in dark spaces. My clients often come to me feeling lost in their identity, struggling with loneliness or abandonment fears, and long to feel more confident, connected, and authentic in their lives.
