Navigating change, challenging circumstances, and the journey that is growing up can be difficult for us all – especially young individuals. As a therapist with a history of working in community mental health, I’ve fostered my passion for supporting individuals in finding their own path through the chaos, empowering them to identify, connect, and own their true selves in the process. I operate from a place of compassion, empathy, and empowerment through personal education to support kids, teens, and young adults to learn not only how to move through the world, but how to flourish in it.
