About
My goal is for the people I work with to grow self-acceptance, it is the antidote to shame. Whether struggling with a harsh inner critic, a cunning inner saboteur, or noticing surface-level relationships, we will create a container to integrate all parts. My style is active, empathic, playful, direct, genuine, and adaptive to meet your needs. I work relationally and I want my clients to know that another human being is in the room. As your therapist, you will be supported as we can only change once we accept ourselves exactly as we are in the moment. Together we can cultivate a relationship that ends the shame cycle. I work with Individuals, Families, and Groups. My focus includes Men’s Mental Health, Addiction, and Relational issues. I focus on anxiety, depression, existential crisis, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I work from a trauma-informed lens that integrates Gestalt Therapy, Attachment Theory, IFS, and psychodynamic principles.
