Hello! I’m Taylor, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My therapy style is collaborative and supportive; we will work together to determine what you want and need in this stage of life. We will collaborate as equals and my goal as your guide is to support you on the journey you are already on. I come from a person-centered approach and believe that we all have the answers we seek already within us. My areas of expertise include working with teens and adults experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, irritability, and shame. I strive to provide a kind, accepting and safe environment to express yourself freely.
