I enjoy working with a variety of clients, though I am particularly drawn to working with those that are going through life transitions, struggling with anxiety, navigating relationship and communication struggles, and perinatal women. I love to help clients identify what is working well and what is not so that we can use the two to determine goals. I enjoy collaborating with my clients and will ask you to take an active role in therapy and making changes (though, I'll be right there beside you)! I’m continually amazed by the resiliency and strength in my clients and am quick to point that out in our sessions.
