Life can be hard. At some point, we all experience struggles in our lives and reaching out for help isn't always easy. If you're reading this now, you've already taken the first (and sometimes hardest!) step. My goal is always to provide safety and comfort, but also to help you find your way back to feeling more like yourself. I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, fertility challenges, all the spectrums of parenting, and relationship issues. I aim to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment to openly discuss whatever issues you may be experiencing, and we work to provide relief and healing where needed.
