I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. I earned my BA in Psychology and Counseling from San Francisco State University and subsequently received my MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout my clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum transitions, court-mandated therapy, and relationship issues. In our first session together, we’ll focus on creating a space where you can feel comfortable showing up just as you are. It’s really about building trust and ensuring that our working relationship feels like a good fit for your needs and goals.
