I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but it’s a brave step toward healing and growth. I work with older children, teens, and young adults (ages 9–30) who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, school stress, or major life changes. They want to feel understood, supported, and more in control of their emotions and choices. As a compassionate, creative, and energetic therapist, I offer a safe and engaging space where clients can be themselves, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and build tools to cope, communicate, and grow with confidence.
